How do I receive local high definition stations over my cable?
For TVs with high definition tuners or converter boxes and no DISH boxes you can receive the digital television (DTV) channels over our cable system by plugging a cable feed into the antenna (coax) input of your TV and doing an antenna channel scan. Local DTV stations currently received over our cable system include:
3.1 (PBS - HD)
3.2
3.3
3.4
8.1 (NBC - HD)
8.2 (Prime – Retro Television Network)
10.1 (CBS - HD)
10.2 (Local Tampa weather)
13.1 (FOX - HD)
13.2
40.1 (ABC - HD)
If you only have one coax input for your TV, you will have to choose whether you want the 49 analog channels provided by Primecast or the local DTV stations.

How do I receive local high definition stations over my Dish Box?
If you pay to have high definition enabled on your DISH BOX, you can view the digital local channels broadcast by Primecast (ABC-SARASOTA, Retro-TV, etc.). Individual programs are displayed in the Guide (and recordable on the DVR using 3 rather than 2 tuners!). Use a 2-way or 3-way splitter for the line coming in from the wall and connect this cable to ANTENNA IN on the back of the Dish Box. Select MENU/ SYSTEM SETUP/LOCAL CHANNELS/SCAN LOCAL CHANNELS. On the ALL CHANNELS GUIDE you will see the locals in a different color with advanced programming for some of those channels. If you would prefer a technician to handle this, call Primecast. There should be no charge for this as it should have been part of the initial set-up; but check with Primecast first.

What is the escalation process to resolve Beyond issues?
1. Explain your issue to a Beyond telephone representative.
2. Ask to speak to a supervisor.
3. Ask the supervisor to investigate and to give you a Trouble Ticket Number.
4. Upon calling at a later time or date, present the Trouble Ticket Number.
5. Inform the supervisor that you plan to call Primecast’s regional supervisor.
6. Call the regional supervisor:
7. Follow up as necessary.
8. If still no results, notify the Voice, Video and Data Committee (VVDC) via HOA Website or the Paper Form that is in Cindy’s office. The VVDC will review all concerns on a monthly basis (except for emergency meetings). Please note that this committee will follow up with Beyond ONLY on those issues that relate to a number of residents collectively.
